I first met Coach Mike when I joined his Couch to 5K program. My goal was to be able to run a 5k again without having to walk.
Two years later with Mike’s guidance and support I met that goal, have now run 6 half marathons, my first full marathon and am getting ready for my first 50 miler. Coach Mike has used his knowledge of running to provide me with specific training plans that work for me. He is always available to answer my questions and give me support throughout my training. He shares his own personal running experiences to motivate me. He believes in me and encourages me to keep striving for bigger goals…ones I never dreamed of before! Most importantly, with Coach Mike’s guidance and training I have realized something I never would have said before I started working with him. I am a runner.
